Kim K steps out in plunging crop top to sister's event in LA

Kim Kardashian looked lovely in a plunging midriff baring crop top and matching trousers as she attended her sister, Kylie Jenner's event promoting her new hair extension line called Kylie Hair Kouture in West Hollywood yesterday.

 

Kylie's boyfriend, Tyga, was there too.
