Having previously modelled underwear for Pretty Polly when she was 17, Holly ended up appearing in lingerie during one of her scenes with Paul.
The one-hour special saw the future of S Club 7 in danger after Paul clashed with bandmate Bradley McIntosh over artistic differences.
Rachel Stevens doesn't help matters either when she reveals she wants to leave the group and get married.

Paul said: 'I've really liked seeing you again and I'm really glad things are taking off, but I'm afraid your new career is taking off and it doesn't leave room for things like me.'
Zoe clearly disagreed: 'Paul that's not true, there's plenty of time for you and work.'
Reflecting on why they broke up originally, Paul replied: 'That's what I said to you two years ago when we split up and you didn't believe me, You were right.

However, he soon realises he will hold her back with her burgeoning modelling career and decides to end their romance.
'I was so into my music and it was so exciting and now you've got this, it's even more exciting. I still have my own dreams, I'm just not ready to catch a free ride on yours.'
The penny finally drops with Zoe, who realises: 'You mean you're dumping me?'
Paul laments: 'I suppose I am. But sometimes the scariest thing, is the thing you've got to do,' before giving her a tender kiss on the cheek.
Following Holly's small role in the show, she ended up working as a receptionist and enrolling on a psychotherapy course at the Open University.
However, she ended up getting her first role presenting factual entertainment programme for children called Xchange in 2000.
